The wines shown here are wines that we found interesting when tasting them in context, i.e. with a dish or during a meal. Most of them are on our wine-list, often in a more recent vintage. Moreover, this section is open to all oenophilists, amateurs and professionals, and we'll publish your comments with pleasure.
The wines are described more than they are judged (as the notion of judgement remains very aleatory in wine-tasting) with a brief commentary and a few technical notes about their making .
The prices indicated are based on the present wine-estate rates (and don't take into account the real value of older vintages). They are noted as -10 EUR (less than 10 EUR), -20 EUR (from 10 to 20 EUR), -30 EUR (from 20 to 30 EUR), +30 EUR (more than 30 EUR).
